The Zingiberi Bakery is a family business based on the north Kent coast.
Having spent 20 years in the food industry we started our own company in 2014. We manufacture artisan oat savoury crackers and premium cookies.
Our crackers, The Captain’s Crackers, are available in three varieties; Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt, Kentish Ale & Rosemary and Chive & Chia, made to compliment your favourite cheese, chutney or simply on their own!
Our Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt crackers won the Kent Food Product of the Year at the Taste of Kent Awards 2016, describing them as...A perfect example of a great cracker. Light and crisp, you can taste each ingredient. A strong Kent message with great provenance.
The Zingiberi Bakery’s range of premium oat cookies includes Honey, Gluten Free Honey, Raisin, Goji Berry & White Chocolate, Maple Syrup & Pecan and Kentish Apple & Cobnut.
We are proud of our own Kentish heritage, we are all Made in Kent. We therefore endeavour to celebrate and support Kent produce by using local suppliers.
Our products are freshly baked using the finest ingredients, we are fully insured and hold a level 5 hygiene rating from Canterbury City Council.
