The produce sells via farmers markets, fairs, farm shops as well as numerous delicatessens and tourist attractions throughout the South East.
Crumbly vanilla fudge (Gold with 2 stars in the 2010 Great Taste Awards) is made with fresh cream, sourced from Hinxden Farm in Benenden, and then flavoured with Madagascan vanilla pod. Other flavours are made with semi-dried fruits and nuts, such as strawberry, morello cherry and crystalised ginger.
In contrast to the fudge range other popular handmade products include award winning dessert sauces, tablet, honeycomb and coconut ice, while quality bought-in Turkish Delight completes the range.
We sell in retail 200g packs, as seen above, as well as in 1 & 2kg plastic boxes. These are ideal for retailers to sell the product loose or for restaurants to serve with customers coffee for an individual finish to their meal.
