Canterbury Bakery specialises in hand-made artisan breads and pastries. We also have our own beehives which provide high quality pure Kentish honey.
Canterbury Bakery is based at the University of Kent campus in Canterbury. Head baker, Eris, is a fully qualified chef, baker and butcher but his passion has always been to make hand-crafted artisan bread free of additives and preservatives. We use high quality and locally sourced ingredients for all of our products. Our aim is to make artisan bread accessible to catering businesses.
Our bakery supplies wholesale artisan bread to a variety of businesses. We work with our customers to create the perfect bread for their needs and provide wholesale supply according to their needs.
University of Kent staff and students can now benefit from having the Bakery on campus. Bread ordered by Wednesday night, can be collected from Eliot Kitchen from 2pm on Friday afternoon.
