Foxes Honey
We are a honey producer based in East Kent, We are working with a local farmer to help the farm pollinate it's crops whilst they plant wildflowers within their orchards to keep the bees healthy after the spring blossom has finished.
Natural honey is best described as honey as it exists in the beehive. It is harvested from the beehive, strained and poured straight into the jar.
It is not heated or pasteurized, a process that destroys the yeast found in honey.
Natural honey contains a wide variety of nutrients, and It has approximately 22 amino acids, 31 different minerals and a wide range of vitamins and enzymes. What’s most impressive about natural honey is that it contains nearly 30 types of bioactive plant compounds. These are called polyphenols, and they act as antioxidants.
