After studying chemistry at Manchester University and working briefly as a microbiologist Tim the Head Chef decided to follow his true passion from his grandmother and become a chef. Originally from Canterbury he is delighted to bring his own style to that of Kathton House, focussing on fresh, local and seasonal produce while trying to experiment with a wide range of techniques and flavours.
