We champion seasonal and local produce, get surplus food back into the cycle, minimise packaging and help others do the same.

At Wasted Kitchen we make fresh food from scratch with nothing wasted, using surplus produce from local growers & retailers in the process.

At MightyFineThings we are passionate about big flavours and great ingredients.

  • We use whole fruit and honey from the Garden of England to make Coxy’s Drinks
  • Kent fruit & raw honey to make MightyFineThings Fruit Vinegars, Honeys & Mustards
  • MightyFineThings started in 2012 on a very small scale, selling at farmers markets and growing to sell online and through selected retail partners, bars and restaurants. Everything we do is made by hand in small batches using traditional techniques by our talented team.

    You can buy our products online & through our stockists. We deliver Dabba Dinners & Lunches with completely re-usable packaging and cater for events at our venue and cookery school - Monkshill Refectory.
