Welcome to N2 Sweet Lab, an award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in the heart of Maidstone, Kent.

Founded by Ned and Nina, N2 Sweet Lab was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a belief that exceptional chocolate begins with exceptional cocoa. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches, from carefully selected single-origin cocoa beans through to the finished chocolate, allowing each origin to express its own unique flavour and character.

Alongside our bean-to-bar chocolate bars, we create handcrafted bonbons, truffles, bespoke celebration cakes and seasonal collections, all made with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality. Wherever possible, we work with fellow Kent producers to showcase the incredible ingredients our county has to offer.

We also offer immersive chocolate workshops, where guests discover the fascinating journey from cocoa bean to chocolate bar while making their own handmade chocolates. Whether you're a complete beginner or a passionate chocolate lover, our workshops are designed to be educational, interactive and, of course, delicious.

In 2026, our dedication to craft was recognised with a Great Taste Award for our Sierra Nevada 70% Bean-to-Bar Craft Chocolate, celebrating the quality and flavour of the chocolate we proudly make here in Kent.
