We use high welfare rare breed British pork matched with the best quality and authentic ingredients sourced from the origin countries of each product.

We make a range of Spanish and unique British style products which are now available to purchase in limited quantities and charcuterie bundle packs via this site.

We slice all our orders to order! New stock will be added each week after orders are completed. see our webshop for details.

All salami, sobrasada, hams and bresaola have 60 days shelf life.

North Charcuterie also offer a wholesale service for restaurants, delicatessens, food service, retail outlets and the like. Our products can be purchased as whole pieces, in larger format pre-sliced service packs or pre-sliced and labelled retail packs.
