Specialty coffee, by definition, is a bit special. Working with importers who have a direct relationship with the farmers producing the coffee means traceability is straight forward and transparent. Not complex.

This type of coffee, due to its superior flavour, attracts a higher price at wholesale which in turn gives the farmer a better quality of living and allows them to reinvest in their farming techniques and equipment to produce even better coffee next year and beyond.
