Every detail is important to us, from our chocolate swirls and nibs (Belgian, 72%) to our vanilla pods (Madagascan), the delicate cornflower petals that adorn every slice of our carrot cake, and the salt crystals we sprinkle over our salted caramel brownies. All our handmade cakes and traybakes are blast frozen for ultimate freshness, flavour and form and are available perfectly pre-portioned, for topping up counter displays throughout the day.
