Hi! I’m Jon, the Co-Founder and Head Brewer & Distiller at the Foundry Brew Pub. We brew on site 16+ beers and ciders. We also distil 6 gins, a vodka, a moonshine, and all of these are made on site from English barley using a grain to glass method. In addition, we make a spiced rum and a white rum that are distilled from molasses & fermented on site. To top it off, we have also made a single barrel of single whiskey which is now available....along with new rare releases year on year. We are a rare little find indeed.
£25 per person which includes a welcome Foundry drink of choice, the 1.5 hour tour experience and guided tasting to finish
