Our monthly where we help people make most of the food that's around us at the time is going great guns and we'd love more people to join us.

Every third Thursday of the month at 7pm!

Every month we:

  • talk through what’s in season for the next few weeks - with some ideas on what we do with them
  • show you how to make at least one seasonal recipe - last month was flower vinegars and elderflower cordial and liqueur
  • answer any seasonal food questions you have

Expect Fruit and Flower Syrups, Fermenting Basics, Pickles, Quick Jams and Compotes, Infused Vinegars and Spirits and any other produce that is available - going where the seasons take us.

It's a great way to start or build on your seasonal eating habit - and make the most of what we have locally.
