About the Day

Begin the day with an introduction to floristry with Holly and make your very own wreath base from natural willow – a fundamental skill to know for future wreath making! You will then be led around the beautiful orchards at Brogdale learning what foliage can be foraged and used in wreath-making. Holly will point out what to look out for, what will stay fresh, and what you can dry at home. After you walk around the grounds, you will share a light lunch and refreshments to get your creative juices flowing. The afternoon will be spent arranging and creating your spring wreath made from sustainable dried flowers provided by Holly. This half-day wreath-making course is one not to be missed. You are welcomed to bring any unique items you may wish to add to your wreath from home but this is not compulsory. All materials will be provided.
