Here at Blooming Green we’re proud of growing flowers in a way that benefits wildlife and improves the health of your soil —so we will teach you how to grow from seed, plant bulbs, save seeds, grow using peat-free compost and tackle pests in a chemical-free, no-dig way.

The afternoon will be spent with our florists learning how to pick, condition and arrange flowers as a gift or for your home. We will teach you how to create a hand-tied posy using the ‘spiralling’ stem technique as well as creating a foam-free table centre. You will leave with flowers, a goody bag packed with information, our recommended suppliers, top tips and more. Plus, new knowledge, skills, and confidence to grow your own flowers.

All materials, refreshments and lunch are provided.
