Spend the day discovering how to make your own delicious hedgerow wine from foraged fruits and berries. Learn to make hedgerow wine to enjoy year after year.
The course includes ingredients plus 2 glass demijohns, 2 bungs and air locks, bucket and 2 gallons of must (to be fermented) to take home. The day will cover the theory and practice of wine making. Start the day with a with an introduction to the process and theory before heading outside to forage for hedgerow fruit and ingredients. You will then return and begin learning the practical element of making 2 different types of hedgerow wine and all of the processes involved. This will be hands on practical introduction to making hedgerow wine at home.
Leave the day with 2 litres of hedgerow wine that is ready to ferment at home with full instructions on fermenting, making and bottling your delicious hedgerow wine.
