Midweek wellbeing experiences designed to restore balance, calm and energy
January doesn’t always call for dramatic change. Sometimes, it simply asks for space to pause, breathe and gently rebalance — and that’s exactly what Green Farm is offering this winter.
Set in the quiet Kent countryside, Green Farm’s January Reset experiences are thoughtfully designed to support body and mind during the darker weeks of the year. These midweek sessions combine movement, warmth, nourishment and stillness, creating small but powerful rituals that fit into real life — even if you only have a couple of hours to spare.
Sauna, Cold Water & Winter Glow
Friday 16 January | Morning sessions
One of January’s standout experiences is the Refreshing Sauna & Cold Water Swim. Guests begin in the warmth of Green Farm’s outdoor sauna, with the option to follow with a cold-water dip in the wildlife pond — entirely optional, but famously invigorating. The contrast of heat and cold is known to boost endorphins, circulation and clarity, leaving participants with rosy cheeks and that unmistakable post-sauna glow.
Warmth, laughter and a nourishing snack complete the experience, making it both grounding and uplifting.
Movement, Meditation & Yoga
Wednesday 21 January | 9.30–11.00am
For those craving gentle movement and calm, Green Farm’s Movement, Meditation & Yoga session offers a restorative midweek reset. Blending mindful movement, grounding breathwork and guided meditation, the session is designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system and help you reconnect with your body kindly after the festive season.
The experience includes 75 minutes of guided practice, followed by teas and a nourishing Green Farm snack — a quiet, supportive space for tired minds and winter-weary energy.
Why Green Farm?
What makes these reset experiences special isn’t just the practices themselves, but the setting. Surrounded by countryside, with warm spa spaces and an experienced in-house wellbeing team, Green Farm offers the rare chance to properly slow down — without needing to commit to a full retreat.
These aren’t workshops to rush through or resolutions to perfect. They’re simple, supportive moments to restore balance and begin the year feeling more grounded, present and energised.
