Garage Coffee Ghost in the Oast

14th October 2026

Something spooky is brewing at Garage Coffee Roasters this October

A Halloween prize draw, a new Roastery brunch menu and two evening events are on at the Kent coffee roaster this month

October has landed, and there’s plenty happening at Garage Coffee Roasters this month, with a ghostly coffee competition, a fresh brunch menu and more events coming to our shops.

Our Oast House blend is getting a suitably spooky takeover this Halloween. Throughout October, pick up an Oast House coffee or a bag of Oast House and you’ll get a limited edition Ghost of the Oast sticker, plus the chance to enter our prize draw. There are different ghost colours to collect across our shops, and if you buy a bag of Oast House, you’ll also earn double loyalty points. And the prize? A bag of Oast House every month for an entire year. The Ghost disappears on 31 October, so you’ve got this month to find yours. Just check in at the till and you’ll automatically be entered into the draw with every qualifying purchase.

We’ve also been busy working on the food at our Roastery Café, with a refreshed brunch menu designed around simple, tasty food that goes brilliantly with a cup of coffee. Expect some new additions alongside Garage favourites, including our new breakfast muffins, toasties and more. If you haven’t visited the Roastery for a while, October is a very good excuse.

There’s plenty more planned across our shops over the coming weeks. On Thursday 29 October, join us at our Roastery for an evening of tea tasting and training, hosted in partnership with Good & Proper Tea, covering the fundamentals of tea brewing. Tickets are free, but booking is needed. Then on Friday 30 October, our Whitstable shop hosts a Tiny Coffee Concert, inspired by Tiny Desk Concerts, with drinks, music and dancing from 6–9pm. No need to book, just come along. Fancy performing? Drop Meg an email at meg@garageroasted.co.uk.

Keep an eye on our socials and in-store boards for dates and details, or better still, pop in and see us.
