A Summer Rum Cocktail Recipe from Greensand Ridge Distillery

Summer is here and it’s time for bright and breezy cocktails including some all time classic rum cocktails such as the Mojito, Daiquiri and the Dark & Stormy.

For aficionados of our rum we have good news! We’ve just relaunched our golden Wealden Rum in a larger 70cl bottle, offering better value and more pours.

Our Rum is aged for 7 years in Bourbon casks and is distilled here on site from UK produced cane molasses. We also make the darker & richer version ‘Wealden Reserve’ which has a second maturation in PX Sherry Casks.

The Distiller’s Daiquiri

Shake all ingredients with ice and garnish with a fresh lime wheel

• 40ml Wealden Rum

• 20ml Apricot Eau-de-Vie

• 20ml Lime Juice

• 25ml Sugar Syrup

• 10ml Water
