Spring has arrived at The Foundry Brew Pub in Canterbury, bringing one of our most special spirits: Canterbury Cathedral Herb Garden Gin. Made in collaboration with Canterbury Cathedral, this unique small-batch gin is crafted using botanicals inspired by the Cathedral’s historic herb garden, including fennel, lemon balm and rose petal. The result is a beautifully fresh, elegant gin with subtle summer garden notes and a true sense of place.
