A Taste of Spring with Greensand Ridge

Spring has truly arrived in style, with long-lasting blossom, blue skies, and the scent of wisteria drifting through the open distillery doors. It’s been a perfect season for distilling here at Greensand Ridge, and we’re feeling grateful to be going strong while others in our sector face tough times. A heartfelt thank you to all our supporters. Your love of local spirits keeps us doing what we do best.

🍸 Seasonal Serve: The Gypsy #1

A fresh, floral twist on the classic Last Word. Perfect for spring evenings and gin lovers looking for something a little different.

Ingredients

• 45ml Greensand Ridge London Dry Gin

• 25ml Elderflower Liqueur

• 7.5ml Green Chartreuse

• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

• 10ml Water

• Optional: 1 tsp icing sugar for a sherbet kick

Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Sip and enjoy the sharp, floral elegance. A beautifully balanced seasonal cocktail.

What’s New at the Distillery

• Our Wealden Rum is moving to a 70cl bottle this summer. Look out for discounts on remaining 50cl stock.

• Our whiskey is still maturing. We’re considering finishing it in a maple syrup cask – let us know what you think.

• A new spirit is in development... but we’re keeping it under wraps for now.
