August update from Docker Bakery

Well, our Cruffins this month are CHERRY good - packed with zingy, sweet cherry compote and a heavenly peach diplomat cream, topped off with a toasted almond brittle. They’re a good’un and one you won’t want to miss and they’re only hanging around until the end of August! Our monthly special bread is also one not to miss. Our house Focaccia jazzed up with basil, fresh tomatoes and pesto. It’s divine!

You’ve probably heard snifters of our new site opening in Dover and we’re super excited about it! Not only will we stock our spectacular sourdoughs and pastry items, we’ll also be adding other items to the menu. Think sumptuous sandwiches on freshly baked Docker sourdough… Freshly prepped salad bowls jam-packed with goodness… Healthy and hearty stews to warm you on those cooler days… Make sure you check our socials to keep up-to-date with opening and different menus! Down at the Brewery we have some key events to round out the month. Oscillate will be taking over the Taproom on 22nd August, bringing the bass, big tunes and good vibes. Followed by more music the following weekend from Move Folkestone - chilled out vibes while you feast on a pizza and sling back the beers. We’re also hosting Damp Disco on 30th August with the theme of 90’s Seaside Holiday Camp! A night of DJ’s, dancing and Costume Cat Walk. There’s lots going on at the Brewery that you won’t want to miss!
