The more I learn about plants, the more I'm struck by how much they understood before we did.
Manuka was revered by the Māori people of New Zealand for centuries - traditionally used to ground the spirit, restore a sense of safety, and clear what needed to be cleared - long before anyone ran a clinical study on it. Peppermint has been clearing the head and sharpening the senses across cultures and centuries in ways that still hold up completely under scrutiny and Lavender settles what's been stirred.
I think about this when I formulate. Not just what an ingredient does for skin, but what it has always been understood to do - for the whole person.
Lip Saviour is a rescue balm for lips that feel reactive, tight, or tender. But I made it knowing that when lips are in that state, the nervous system is usually right there alongside them, frayed and asking for something. So manuka grounds. Peppermint clears. Lavender settles. And underneath all three, the same ten-botanical base that runs through our whole lip range - tamanu, hemp seed, calendula, and more - gets to work on the skin itself.
October is when I start keeping it in every pocket. The air sharpens, lips feel it first, and I want something I can reach for without thinking. Something small that does a lot.
That's what I made this to be.

What began as a search for gentle, natural solutions for my daughter’s sensitive skin grew into a small-batch skincare brand rooted in herbal wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and the healing magic of nature.
