Calling all innovative and aspiring chefs in Kent” Brogdale Collections are looking for creative and talented chefs to design a unique culinary delight. Get creative and develops a unique fruity recipe for Brogdale Collections fruit festivals. Brogdale will provide the fruit from the National Fruit Collection for you to demonstrate your dish to the public at Strawberry Fair on Sunday 10^th June, Cherry fair on 15^th July & Apple Festival on 13^th & 14^th October.
