Get into the seasonal spirit with a series of festive events at Great Comp Garden running through November and December 2025. Highlights include indulgent Afternoon Teas in the tearoom and hands‑on wreath‑making workshops using both dried and fresh foliage. With limited spaces available, booking early is highly recommended.

What’s on

Dried Christmas Wreath Making Workshops (18–28 November)
Join a relaxed, friendly workshop where you’ll craft a wreath from pinecones, dried foliage and festive decorations — ideal to keep or give. All materials are provided, no prior experience needed, and lunch is included. Cost: £67.50 pp. Dates: Tuesday 18 Nov, Friday 21 Nov, Tuesday 25 Nov, Wednesday 26 Nov, Thursday 27 Nov, Friday 28 Nov.

Fresh Christmas Wreath Making Workshops (3–13 December)
Enjoy a creative morning using seasonal greenery from the garden, berries, ribbons and more to make a beautiful fresh wreath, followed by lunch. Cost: £55 pp. Dates: Wednesday 3 Dec, Thursday 4 Dec, … Friday 12 Dec, Saturday 13 Dec. Some dates already sold out.

Christmas Afternoon Teas (15–21 December)
Relax in the tearoom and enjoy a seasonal twist on classic afternoon tea: finger sandwiches with festive fillings, homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves, cakes and pastries infused with Christmas flavours. Unlimited tea or coffee included, and you can add a glass of bubbly. Cost: £36.99 pp. Available dates: Monday 15 Dec through Sunday 21 Dec (except Saturday 20 Dec is sold out). 12pm–2:30pm each day.
