This unique cacao is cultivated by indigenous farmers and boasts a complex flavour profile with floral, fruity, and wine-like notes. We also showcase chocolates from around the world with varying cocoa percentages, double-fermentation techniques, and an array of ingredients—from rich milk powders to vibrant fruit powders and specialty sugars.

Alongside the chocolate tasting, guests can also try a refreshing cacao pulp drink—a naturally sweet, tropical juice made from the fruit surrounding the cacao beans—offering a rare opportunity to taste cacao in its pure, fresh form.

The experience continues as you create and decorate your own filled chocolate truffles, experimenting with luscious caramels, smooth ganaches, and locally inspired flavours such as Kent honey, fresh coffee, and indulgent toffee liqueur.
