Frasers announces two exclusive new Private Chef’s Table experiences

As the party season approaches and friends and families start to plan their Christmas celebrations, award winning small private estate and eco venue, Frasers, has introduced two exciting new private Chef’s Table dining experiences with Head Chef, Jimmy Sherwin.

The first, an intimate, private dining experience (available for a minimum of 12 guests) will take guests on a culinary journey to savour the finest ‘slow’, wild and seasonal local ingredients in a delicious seven-course menu. Costing £175.00 per person, the Private Chef’s Table will showcase the very best produce Kent and Sussex has to offer, all sourced sustainably or home-grown in the kitchen garden at Fraser. The second, an Overnight Private Chef’s Table experience provides an added touch of luxury and includes exclusive use of the fabulous Stags Barn. Frasers’ head chef, Jimmy Sherwin, will prepare a six-course tasting menu in front of guests in the Stag’s contemporary kitchen, describing the home-grown, foraged and locally sourced ingredients used in each of the dishes as he goes. The group will have exclusive use of the barn’s comfortable lounge and TV area, outside terrace, private dining room and overnight stay in one of the four luxurious double bedrooms (sleeping eight). A fabulous way to sit back, relax with your group and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside while tasting the finest cuisine and the very best locally sourced ingredients.

The Overnight Private Chef’s Table experience (with exclusive use of Stag’s Barn, Head Chef dining experience and overnight accommodation for up to 8 people) costs £2,000.00. Additional guests can join the Private Chef’s Table experience in Stag’s Barn but will be accommodated overnight in The Oast and The Stable (sleeping up to 18 people in total).

Located in Egerton, just 20 minutes from junction 8 on the M20, Frasers is an idyllic haven of calm on a 300-acre working estate comprising a restaurant, garden terraces, hotel accommodation and a contemporary barn used for self-catering holidays, weddings and events.
