Frasers wins top accolade at inaugural 2023 Sustainable Wedding Awards

The awards recognise businesses and venues demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, and social responsibility. Winners are selected based on their contributions to sustainability across various categories.

Frasers scooped the coveted Sustainable Supply Chain Award, reflecting the company’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact and promoting sustainability through its responsible local sourcing strategy. In addition, the venue was highly commended in the Sustainable Change Maker category for its efforts to encourage greater awareness and action through advocacy and example of best practice.

In naming Frasers, the judges said “Frasers have considered their whole supply chain from energy to water to closed loop growing. They are clearly aiming to keep improving by seeking out a Growing Green grant. Very inspiring!" and “Frasers stood out due to its long-term commitment to the cause, its in-house provisions in all aspects of wedding hosting (and its commitment to the use of local suppliers for everything else), as well as its extensive and varied future plans.”
