Fudge Kitchen and Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium launch Limited-Edition Trio for May Bank Holiday

Two of Kent’s most loved brands, Fudge Kitchen and Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium, have come together to create a limited-edition fudge trio box, bringing creative ice cream flavours into a completely new format.

Launching this May Bank Holiday, the £15 trio box reimagines three of Bears Ice Cream’s standout flavours as handcrafted fudge slabs, created by Fudge Kitchen.

The trio includes:

  • Blueberry, lavender jam and meringue - a Gold Award winner at the Taste of Kent Awards
  • Cinnamon sponge, apple jazz and cream cheese - a Bronze Award winner at the Taste of Kent Awards
  • Raspberry ripple with pistachio brittle - a fan favourite

Fudge Kitchen is known for its handcrafted, artisan fudge, made in small batches using traditional techniques and created in full view in its shops, bringing a sense of theatre to the experience.

Each flavour has been carefully reworked to reflect the character of Bears’ chef-led creations, while staying true to Fudge Kitchen’s traditional approach.

Philip Harrison, co-founder of Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium, said:

“We’re always looking at ways to take our flavours somewhere new, and this felt like a really fun way to do it. Seeing them turned into fudge has been amazing. It’s familiar but also completely different, which is exactly what we love.”

Richard Parsons, Managing Director at Fudge Kitchen, added:

“Working with Bears has been a brilliant fit for us. Their flavours are bold and creative, which made them really exciting to translate into fudge. It’s been about keeping the Bears incredible flavours while also delivering the stand-out fudge we’re famous for!”

The collaboration forms part of Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium’s 10th birthday celebrations, which have been rolling out across Kent with a series of monthly activities designed to bring people together through creativity and indulgence. In February, Bears launched a 2 for 1 in-store offer across all ice creams. In March, the brand partnered with local Whitstable businesses for a large-scale giveaway, offering over £500 worth of prizes. April saw the launch of Scooptopia, Bears’ pop-up at Macknade Food Village in Faversham.

Both Kent brands are known for bold flavours and creativity, so bringing them together was always going to create something seriously delicious!

The limited-edition fudge trio boxes will be available from Friday 1 May at:

  • Fudge Kitchen, Canterbury
  • Bears Ice Cream Imaginarium, Whitstable

Available for a limited time only, this is one for anyone who loves creative desserts or just a good excuse to treat themselves.
