Goody Ales Sizzles into Summer with Live Music, Community Fun and Cold Beer

From sunny Sundays to mystery nights and musical Saturdays, it’s all happening at the brewery – and you’re invited.

What a summer it’s been so far – and what better way to cool down than with a pint of Goody Ales in hand? We’ve got plenty brewing to help you make the most of these long, warm evenings, and the good vibes are flowing just as freely as the beer.

Live Music Returns
Our Summer Saturday and Sunday Sounds have gone down a treat, so we’re keeping the tunes going throughout the season. Expect a laid-back mix of live music on selected weekends – just keep an eye on our Events page for the latest line-up. Sundays have been so popular we’ve decided to stay open every Sunday from 1pm to 6pm for the foreseeable future.

Murder Mystery Magic
June’s Murder Mystery Evening was a sell-out success – with top-notch acting, great company, tasty food, and, of course, excellent beer. Even better, the event raised £250 for Skylarks, a charity supporting children with disabilities and additional needs. A massive thank you to everyone who made it such a memorable night – we’re already thinking about the next one!

🍺 Behind the Bar & Brewery News
We’ve made a few improvements around the brewery too – tidied and paved the front area and begun repairs to the track entrance. (Want to help us finally get Braggs Lane resurfaced? Report issues to kent.gov.uk).

Big news in the brewhouse – our legendary boiler “The Beast” has retired. Its shiny new replacement, “Mini Beast,” is now in action, brewing up your favourite pints with improved efficiency.

Say Hello to…
Nathan, who’s joined us behind the bar for the summer holidays – you’ll see him both at the brewery and Beer on the Pier.
And a very warm welcome back to Kevin, one of our first regulars, who made it back to the bar after recovering from a stroke – brilliant to see you again, Kevin!
