Independent Trotters are free range pork producers based in Thurnham, Kent where their free range pedigree pigs graze and forage on the North Downs. Their pigs are born, cared for and live in the open air all their lives. You can find their fantastic range of sausages, bacon, pork joints, chops, burgers and pies all over the county at different markets and events - they're regulars at Faversham Market where they also have a BBQ so you can get a bacon roll or a sausage butty.
