Autumn is a special time at Greensand Ridge Distillery. As the air turns crisp, we turn our focus to distilling soft fruit harvests and processing Kentish apples in the courtyard – a true celebration of the season.
This year, autumn brings more than just a change in the weather. Over the past 12 months, our founder has been working alongside sustainability experts from global names like Bacardi and Pernod Ricard to co-create a sustainability toolkit tailored for the distillery sector. It’s been an honour to represent micro-distillers in this space and to have our efforts recognised in the Global Drinks Intel ESG Awards. It’s a project that has sparked real momentum for change in the industry, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled and diluted to your taste, then fine strain into a chilled glass. Simple, elegant, and packed with flavour.
