Recipe: Korker Swedish Style Meatball Panini with Kingcott Blue Cheese
A hearty lunch recipe to warm you up before (or after) a bracing winter walk.

Cooked Korker Swedish-style meatballs
Rocket
Panani
Kingcott Blue Cheese
Sliced red pepper
Method:
- To a panini add the rocket, cooked meatballs, blue cheese and peppers
- Place onto the grill and cook till the cheese is melted
