Recipe: Korkers Meatball Skewers
Our mouthwatering Swedish style meatballs, smothered in a rich tomato sauce infused with zesty taco seasoning, paired with savoury mushroom kebabs, all air-fried to perfection.
Quick, easy, and super delicious 😋
Ingredients:
- Korker Swedish style meatballs defrosted
- Passata
- Taco seasoning
- Mushrooms thick sliced
- Method
- Slather the meatballs in passata
- Sprinkle taco seasoning
On a skewer place meatballs and a mushroom in between
Air fry for 10 mins at 200 degrees turning half way through
Or oven bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 mins
