Ingredients:
Korker fire cracker jumbo sausages
Sourdough
Avocado
Chopped spring onions
Chopped red peppers
Mayo
Method:
Cook the Korker fire cracker sausages
Mix chopped avocado, mayo , spring onions and peppers together
Slice sausages and place on the sourdough
Top with the avocado mix
