Spring at Oast Wood: Col Fondo in the glass

The vineyard is open again, and people are starting to spend time outside whether for a walk through the rows, a table in the courtyard, or a glass in the sun. It’s a simple shift, but it feels like the season has properly started.

This month we’re focusing on Col Fondo, our gently sparkling wine with a soft, frisant style of bubbles. Fresh, bright and easy to drink, it suits this time of year and is good with shellfish, light lunches, or just as something to open at the start of an afternoon.

We’re now open for vineyard visits and cellar door tastings.
