Taste of Kent 2023 Silver Award Winner, Marc Pierre's Kitchen reflect on 2023

Marc Pierre's Kitchen were delighted to receive the Silver medal in the Taste of Kent Awards 2023 in the Casual Dining category

The recognition was a real boost for a small family led business who strive for excellence.

Our philosophy is simple - seriously good Kentish, seasonal ingredients and a kitchen confident enough to let them sing their own praises. In creating Marc-Pierre's Kitchen, we have put together a restaurant that we would actually love to eat in ourselves.

Winning the award has brought lots of new customers to our restaurant, keen to see what we do and enjoy an award winning meal. This boost has been appreciated in a difficult time for small businesses and we love to meet new people and share our love of Kentish food and drink with them. Its been such a positive experience.

It’s also helped us to support all our local Kent suppliers and with an increase in diners looking to dine and stay, helped local hotels. This added value to our local economy and community is so important.
