Kent County Show

06/07/2018 - 08/07/2018

Open from 8am to 6pm every day, the Show is a wonderful day out with plenty of displays, entertainment and local food.  With over 400 exhibitors and trade stands and over 300 competitions, activities and displays.

For those who have never attended the Show before, the Kent County Show is a showcase event for farming, countryside and rural life.  The three day event brings together the very best of Kent with animals and food, fun and excitement and above all a sense of what ’The Garden of England’ has to offer.

Visitors will experience a more hands on Show with better access to the cattle marquee, shire stables on site, flower and woodland craft workshops, cookery demonstrations, more live music and the Why Farming Matters Discovery Zone.

You can find over 40 local producers in the Produced in Kent area – by the Blacksmiths and the Astor Ring, as well as various other local producers around the show.

Keep an eye out for the Cookery Theatre in the Maidstone Building where you can find a whole host of well know local chefs performing cookery demos over the weekend – including a few previous Kent Young Chef finalists!
