The Clover Club is a long lost delight that is beginning to blossom again and once you taste it, you'll know why! What started as a gentleman's drink for a men's club named (you guessed it) the Clover Club, gradually became known as a ladies drink, donning the moniker 'the Pink Lady'.

Method:

1. Add 45ml George Bishop London Dry Gin, 22.5ml Lemon Juice, 22.5ml Raspberry Syrup & ½ an Egg White into a cocktail shaker.

2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake!

3. Strain into a coupe glass.

4. Garnish with 3 raspberries.

5. Enjoy!
