Bodhi & Fae didn’t begin in a laboratory, or with a business plan. It began at a kitchen table in Kent, with a mother, her daughter, and a skin that kept asking for something different.
When Penny’s recurring flare-ups refused to respond to anything on the high street shelf, founder Carrie turned instead to herbal medicine, botanical textbooks, and the quiet, ancient wisdom of plants. Balm by balm, something remarkable happened. Not just skin that started to heal, but a whole philosophy taking shape: that our skin, our emotions, and our nervous system are not separate things. They speak to each other, constantly and honestly, and when we listen, nature has everything we need.
That discovery is the heart of every product Bodhi & Fae makes today. Small-batch, handcrafted in Kent, and independently safety assessed, each balm, bath blend, and ritual kit is created to gently bring the body back to itself by having an emotional benefit as well as a physical benefit. From the forest-inspired Barefoot Balm to nourishing butters for the youngest, most sensitive skin, everything is rooted in nature and made with a little wild magic.
Being a proud Produced in Kent member means everything to us… Kent’s landscapes and seasons are woven into who we are, from the herbs in the garden to the hands that craft every jar.
The full range is available to explore and order online, with UK delivery straight to your door, and if you’d love to meet us in person, follow along on Instagram and Facebook to find out where we’ll be popping up next across Kent this season. Spring is a beautiful time to begin.

What began as a search for gentle, natural solutions for my daughter’s sensitive skin grew into a small-batch skincare brand rooted in herbal wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and the healing magic of nature.
