Introducing the Brisket & Barrel Range

Brisket & Barrel’s chefs, Alexandre and Sebastien, are passionate about all things SMOKÉ. Together with our very own food scientist Hamadel, we have developed a range of delicious smoky sauces to be the perfect accompaniment to our speciality barbecued and slow-cooked meats. Brisket and barrel’s unique sauces are now available for you to enjoy every day at home. Our products currently include Brisket & Barrel’s Ketchup Smoké, Barbecue smoké, Barbecue mango, our special beef rub and our signature BRK rub. We are now a deli with local products from Kentish small producers alongside with French wine and cheese.
