Recipe: Korkers sausage and Kingcott Dairy blue cheese in puff pastry.
These giant rolls are the perfect savoury snack for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
Pre-rolled puff pastry
Korkers sausage meat
Spinach
Chopped spring onions
Kingcott Dairy blue cheese
Egg wash
Method:
- Press the sausage meat onto the rolled-out pastry
- Place the spinach on one side and sprinkle the spring onions on top with the blue cheese
- Roll up, cut into portions and egg wash.
Cook in a preheated oven 190 degrees for 30 mins until the pastry is golden
