(and Looking Ahead to Market Days)
Hi folks,
After the Christmas chaos (and a few well-earned naps), I’m easing back into the bakery with simpler, heartier bakes.
Think: crusty sourdough, seedy tins, and the kind of bread that makes the best toast.
I’m taking a little break from the Staplehurst Farmers Market this January, but I’ll be back on the 3rd Sunday from February
with my usual mix of fresh loaves, homemade pies with puff-pastry lids, and other lovely bakes.
Everything’s made by hand in small batches — proper food for slow winter days.
In the meantime, you can still set up a bread subscription via my website or join the weekly bake list — just drop me a message to be added.
Here’s to slower starts, warmer kitchens, and good food shared with good people.
