Vacancy: Customer & Retailer Manager at Biddenden Vineyard

As a leading independently run family business in Kent, we are looking to recruit a talented enthusiastic individual to join our team, overseeing our retail sales and customer relations.

Working alongside the family, the role will include organising & facilitating tours and tastings while taking responsibility for our retail wine shop and online sales.

Applicants will be well organised, personable, have a knowledge of wine and enjoy the satisfaction of conveying the story of our products and the process behind them. Good office and computer skills will be important, but above all customer satisfaction will be key.

Due to the hands-on nature, rural location and occasional offsite industry events, applicants will need a full clean driving licence, there will be occasional evening and weekend work.
