Delicious unpasteurised KENTISH BLUE CHEESE made on our dairy farm in Staplehurst, in the heart of Kent.
KENTISH BLUE cheese is made with raw milk straight from our own farm assured herd of Viking Red and Holstein Friesian cows.
We pay careful attention to all aspects of the dairy farm, essential for producing milk of the highest quality for making the tastiest cheese. Most importantly, ALL of our dairy cows have free access to the pastures and fields here on our farm for between 6 and 9 months of the year, only coming into the straw sheds for the cold, wet months.
We are members of FREE RANGE DAIRY.ORG and all our milk is also assured under the RED TRACTOR DAIRY scheme.
Our KENTISH BLUE CHEESE is available from delicatessens, cheese shops, fine food stores, farm shops and selected butchers in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and South East London, as well as from our stall at food events in Kent and our online shop at www.kingcottdairy.co.uk
